The Secomak PowerStrip

The Secomak PowerStrip is an all-in-one modular package, blower driven airknife drying system. Although Produced with a standard design for each system,  customisation can be tailored to suit customers specifications.

The Secomak PowerStrip Drying System comprises:

  • A stainless steel framework, designed for easy assembly and installation.
  • A Secomak High Velocity Blower, housed underneath the conveyor in a container.
  • Two high efficiency Airknives up to 800mm long, mounted around the conveyor.
Generic Construction Provides:
  • Line Speeds upto 80,000 cph
  • Noise Levels down to 80dbA
  • Complaint with BCME specification
The PowerStrip is designed  with accessibility in mind. There is easy access to all the major components, which allows for easier cleaning and carrying out maintenance.

Secomak PowerDtrip ModulesThe Secomak High Velocity Blower' supplies air to the Airknives, at a velocity & pressure required to remove any fluid from the product.


The high velocity directional airknives displace water from the surface of containers as they travel along high speed production lines.

Unlike the Secomak PowerStrip V, extra modules can be added to the PowerStrip. These are specifically selected for the type of product and overall line speed and can be either Blower or Compressed Air driven. This choice is down to specific specifications and the site layout where the product is being installed.
Energy Savings

The Secomak Eco-Pack, an Energy Saving Product provides supply on demand, control of the blower and speed control, which provides substantial energy savings of up to 25% with a 10% reduction in operating speeds. Follow this link for more information on the Eco-Pack.
