The Mistral has directable micro-nozzles each individually adjustable. These are useful for different application uses. To remove water from under a crown cap or screw cap, the nozzles should be directed at a slightly upward angle in the direction of the flutes. To dry the bottle neck the nozzles should be pointing downwards.

As the bottle emerges from the drying system, two Secomak Ringjet Air Amplifiers, clear the tops and sides of the container.

Unlike the Secomak Mistral dryer, the Secomak Mistral V doesn’t have the inclusion of an Air-Minder, which is optional upon purchase of the product.

The Secomak Air-Minder, an energy saving product is available to provide supply on demand and control of the compressed air supply, which results in an efficient use of the air. The unit operates from an on - site compressed air supply. Follow this link for more information on the Air-Minder.
