The Secomak Can Drying System  incorporates both the Secomak Tornado Dryer and the Secomak Can Top Dryer. Although they can be sold as stand alone units, performance and low energy levels are typically increased when both are incorporated together. This system is optmised on canning lines.

The Secomak Can Top Dryer is a special unit designed to remove any further traces of moisture on the can tops, at high speed. The unit is factory set and only needs to be adjusted for the height of the can. It is powered by a Secomak 492 blower generating high velocity air. A ‘can taster’ unit provides simple settings for any particular can size.

The combined can drying system, comprised of the two units, provides optimised drying of top or bottom of cans to within the can maker’s specification. The bulk water removal shape provides full containment of water. The Secomak Can Top Dryer provides the final stage of drying. The addition of side airknives to the can top gives full side drying capability.
