for our Drying Systems.
The SECOMAK ECO-PACK:
The Eco-pack, the newest energy saving solution from Secomak, is designed for all of the current Secomak Blower Driven Airknife Drying Systems. 
The Eco-pack connects to a Secomak Drying system to provide
intelligent control to the High Velocity Blower. The intelligence control enables
the blower to switch
to 'standby' when there are gaps and
stoppages with the containers when moving through the drying system. This means
that the blower can automatically run at part speed tick-over during gaps in
production enabling a 30% saving in energy use and cost, as well
lowering average noise levels.
The Eco-pack enables the blower to be set to your specific requirements, ensuring you can set your own blower speed to your suited application. For example:10% Reduction in Operating Speeds = 25% in energy savings
This means the blower can run at a lower speed and still perform to the required standard for drying.
Another advantage of the Eco-pack is that it enables energy savings based on surrounding humidity conditions. In Autumn and Winter when humidity conditions are relatively lower the system can adapt to a lower operating level, determined by the dew point of surrondings.
